Cannes Lions unveils Juries for 2025 Festival of Creativity

CANNES Lions has revealed the line-up of global experts selected to award the world’s very best creative and effective work and benchmark excellence. Work from across the globe will be judged, awarded and celebrated during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, running from 16 to 20 June 2025.


Key highlights include increased representation from Africa, Asia and the Middle East, with Ivory Coast and Kazakhstan represented on Juries for the first time.


Lions CEO Simon Cook said: “The Cannes Lions Jury plays a vital role in setting the global benchmark for creative excellence. This year’s line-up brings together some of the most accomplished industry talent from around the world. Their expertise will help define the creative standards that drive our industry forward and spotlight the power of creativity as a catalyst for meaningful business growth and transformation.”

Marian Brannelly, global director of awards, Lions, added: “The Awarding Jury comprises some of the most respected talent from across the global industry. This year, we’re welcoming Jury members from 52 markets. We’re delighted to bring such a breadth of voices and perspectives into the Jury rooms, and we thank all of our Jurors in advance for the dedication and care they bring to the process.”


The Juries also have a strong line up of female presidents, with Kate Stanners, chairwoman and global chief creative officer, Saatchi & Saatchi, Global taking on the role for the Film Lions category. This year, the Jury president of Glass: The Lion for Change is KR Liu, global head of disability innovation, Google.
